It is important that prior to your telemedicine visit you have a working smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer with a functioning camera, microphone and speaker, and an internet connection with the ability to download the skype application.
The platform we use for telemedicine is skype, please make certain you have the latest version downloaded to your device.
An associate will contact you by phone 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. At that time we will collect copays, then transferred to a medical assistant.
A Medical Assistant will gather your health information and instruct you on how to connect to your telemedicine visit with your physician.
